We ask guests to check in between the hours of 16:30 and 18:00 or to notify us in advance if they wish to check in outside these hours.
Checking out time is 10:30 am on the morning of departure.
The deposit is only refundable (minus a £5 administration fee) if we are given 7 days notice of cancellation and the room is re-let. If you fail to arrive without notification then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.
Hillview is strictly non-smoking in all rooms
